Meet Bonnie! 🤍

Bonnie is a petite, 35 lb, 2-year-old pittie with the softest fur, adorable black-and-white markings, and the sweetest personality!

She's smart, curious, gentle, and playful! Bonnie walks beautifully on leash, loves playing fetch, knows how to sit for treats, and takes them so gently. She also appears to be house trained!

Bonnie may do well with a calm, compatible dog after slow, thoughtful introductions. Her compatibility with cats and children hasn't been confirmed yet.

The hardest part? Bonnie has been waiting at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control since August 29, 2026. She's currently at the Toomey shelter, and we would LOVE to help get this sweet girl out of her kennel and into a loving foster or forever home!
